Ganaron apenas. Saludos

Shocking new evidence has been uncovered that partly explains Italy's disastrous exit from the WC.
Apparently one of Italy's midfielders Mauro Camoranesi was injured pre-tournament and was hastily replaced by a novice look-alike who it turns out hampered the team in vital areas of the midfield.

congrats to all teams who reaching the 1/8 final .
my resume till now is.....
the matches start slow, very defensive, tooo defensive.
to less goals and too much tactic, often boring to watch PLUS no real footballatmosphere (vuvuzela)
with beginning "all or nothing matches (decisionmatches) ",
the matches become much better.
till now the best STYLE are playing, ARGENTINA and SPAIN .
this teams are playing at best .
most attractive ,with fast gameplay .
i ´m a fan from fast short passing gamesystem -with controll over ball and opponent

we saw 3 big surprises till now .

first ,that switzerland was winning over spain
second ,that ITALIA (WORLDCHAMPION 2006) is out after first round
third ,that FRANCE (VIZE CHAMPION 2006): is out after first round

by the way : GERMANY makes ENGLAND crying - we BOMB them back to their little island . at least with penalty shootout !!
WHEN I´M RIGHT;we never loose a match in WC; since WC 66 against ENGLAND .
we allways send they back home :D :D :D
also this time

i wish every team good luck (without ENGLAND    ) TO REACH THE 1/4 FINAL

USA!!!

We have a real challenge coming up against Ghana. I don't know how far our team can go...the US team is very good but they lack the 'short passing gamesystem' that you speak of, Matthias. The USA team seems to lack the first-touch pass control that the most elite teams have.

i think USA have definitifly the potenzial to beat GHANA in 1/8 final .

i saw USA twice - they have heart and they fight - its a good team .
personelly i think they come 1/4 final ,maybe semifinal -so they can win over uruquay /southkorea.

USA try this one touch football ,but i see them not on same level like spain argentina brazil holland .

in one match all is possible - so lets se how they play against GHANA today .

now its time to play real strong ,to impress the world and the other teams .
footbal have much to do with self confidence .it start in the head to play good.

good luck for your team jon.
we played ghana before 2 days.
they are not too strong .

BTW: about this theatralic "dying bird"behavior after a foul in football ,i will add this .
at all i´m also against this unnecessarry theatralic when nothing happens but......
the good (best)players allways got attacked permanently with hard fouls .
to stop this ,the players will have attention from referee .
they will show: hey that was a hard foul -safe me before hard fouls.
with this theatralic they got the attention from the referes.
thats a psychologic football thing .
every person where was playing football in a active way -know this behavior
EVERY TEAM DO THIS !! EVERY TEAM !!
