Peter Bodo's opening line for Venus is genius. That's all you can say, really

don't place too much credence to 'editors picks'

are these the same bunch of editors who mostly picked either Davydenko, Djokovic or Nadal to win the Aussie Open at the start of the year?

check out the 'experts' picks in the link below:

Yeah the editors of Tennis magazine are honestly out of touch.

I just got the recent issue in the mail and, in some 'lessons to take from the pros' kinda article, they described Radek Stepanek as '...the rare player wh owill take a ball inside the baseline and send it up the line so he can get in position to win the point with a volley."

Honestly when is this going to end?? Why do people act like nobody volleys anymore, or that professional tennis players have no idea how to volley, or that anybody who volleys is a 'throwback'. Commentators/pundits have been saying this for almost 20 years now and it's never been true. You cannot watch a pro-level match without seeing quite a few volleys, I don't know what these guys are smoking.

Like they (pros) somehow have been playing their whole lives and just neglected to learn how to volley or how to hit a proper (high-percentage) approach shot? WTF??

Anyways back on point, the editors at 'Tennis' are extremely clueless, especially the more senior editors that have been around for a while

Who Will knock him out?

Any predictions regarding Söderling this time?

nobody -i think FEDERER is unbeatable in WIMBLEDON this year

Federer dumps the opening set to, ahem, Alejandro Falla. That would be the World No. 60 Alejandro Falla(!)

Boys, not too late to change your "Federer is unbeatable at Wimbledon" predictions.

Federer is just upset that he will not meet Gulbis in the final. So he decided: "why bother?"
