I assume you installed the demo successfully. Just do the same with the full version
plus you copy the licence.dat from your confirmation e-mail in the same directory as the exe file.

u see i open win ace archive and all the files are there then i extract them to a folder called full ace tennis then i copied the licence bit from my email into the folder and then double clicked on the full ace icon then an error comes up

http://www.fullacetennis.com (Webmaster contact). Could you forward your confirmation e-mail (the one with the licence.dat attached) there ? I'll try to figure out what's wrong.
