At first otli would've been playing fine and your slices wouldn't have annoyed him so he was calm and playing alright and you were doing something right lol. I'm guessing after losing first set it started to become annoying so he got angry risked more and made some mistakes and what not then 3rd he his anger prob helped him pinch it. Then after you broke him in 4th he was so angry that his game fell apart and he was probably risking like a mofo making heaps of errors which you certainly would take and you would've had to serve well to hold him off although I have a feeling you didn't have to do much near tail end of match as he would be making lots of mistakes.

That's how I'm guessing it played out haha. Also short risk slicing sucks balls in the way that it is incredibly good and easy but if you werent R2 short slicing I don't see a prob with that and if that's what you were doing and he was struggling with it, it's his fault for standing so far back.

Yea that's how it went but I do NOT R2 Slice i only do L2 high slice or a low slice but STILL CAN GET slice to go to the net or the other thing I do is R1 slice with L2 mixed.

I never do R2 thats cheap imo that ball goes really low u know but aussie lets play a game if u want add me andman666 on PSN :)

i cant even put in words whatever you play your game :)

Why not tell him? Also maybe by some chance mack will read this, even though sent msg's. I don't know why he would want to try and thrash me, clinging onto hope that if can take to tiebreak can steal it haha. Although it is 5 set so score will prob go 6-4 6-3 6-2against me :(

Sadly it has come to that. I can't play now and told him I couldn't play today although I had sometime but not enough for a 5 set unless REALLY quick, I struggled to fin an exhi in time and he can't expect to show up right near end of deadline and expect to play.(What silence said)

Monfils has talent. he practically won everything as a kid. doesnt always translate to senior success though, but he's having a decent career.

Just won my 1st round match against mikel300, 6-2, 7-6, 6-3

Bad match, constant risk return from him, drop shots after serves, short risk slice after serve, whatever cheesy tactic you can imagine... thank god i kept my sanity and played the important points well.

I sent him a msg after the first set and told to play fair. He told me ok but guess what... Just telling you guys to be prepared for him.

Ovhij for the match report put your imagination into work mode

Great, another one. There seems to be a cancer of cheesers, risk slicers & dropshotters infecting the tour. Who knows, maybe this is the future. Now that's a sad thought.

Maximo, why would you even play one friendly w/ this guy if he plays like that? You're too nice. I'd rather punch myself in the balls 10 times before I waste my time playing w/ risk slicers & dropshotters.

But maybe he doesn't know. I'm sure if enough people told him nicely that its not considered fair, then hed stop. If he doesn't, then its back to punching the balls. :-)

I hope our tour doesn't become like this, indeed a sad thought brger.

Maximo next time you play a friendly with him, explain to him, maybe he doesn't know at all but i have my doubts about it. He was playing fair until i broke him in
