It's actually very smart play to do that, add the L2 and the shot can lead to some winners if you'r opponent is at the net. But you have to time it well, because there will always be slight lag and you can easily let the ball slip past you if you aren't careful.

played andmann666 and won 3-6 6-1 6-4
first set we hold then he breaks me at 3-4 i think, it was un expected he risked like every return and made atleast 70% of them  . on his serve i couldnt return cuz he would short slice then i would puff the ball then him (using cannon) blasted me off the damn court over and over  or he would slice then i would puff it up then he would hit a very short volley that no way in the world i could get to (i wonder if ever got to that shot lol).
second set- i said fk it imma start risking to throw off them damn slices which worked until he got smart and short sliced off my 100 mph return   then i tried different variations (topspin, flat).
3 rd set i get one lucky break it was like the first set him making 70-75% of risk returns and me just puffing the ball around and slice as well  i almost gave up because THERE WERE SOME games where i would have won the game if he didn't throw in the risk slice   so i just focused on holding serve and prevailed but it was not fun the rallies he usually won if it was his serve and the slice on top of the 87 on forehand was overwhelming

Stop crying ffs? :S
You got to most of my slices you never even mention my net play that worked perfectly most of the time.
He started just risking all the time at 2nd set and the 3th was tied up but i had a unlucky game on my serve and i lost :(

I got to them but afterwords I would puff it so only way out was to risk and you did combination of long slice to the other side of the court and some of those u got winners off of a winner of a slice when u couldve pounded it just is not fun at all if I did serve slice pound over and over again I'm sure you'd be mad too. You used the slice in nasty variations .

There is a topic for risk slice guys

Just had some great exhos today

Likos lost to Joselynund 6-2 6-2

He has the best odds to become number one along with lonamer, he plays so well i couldnt threaten him at all. I used my second char Tompson, Jose user mr gray

Likos lost to lonamer 7-6 4-6 6-2

I played again with tompson and he killed me 6-2 6-3 i think. Then i asked for another go and i chose cannon. I think cannon suits me better cause i don't get broken easily with him, although he lacks from speed.

Generally it was a great match with tons of rallies and a lot of break points especially from lonamer (he used nakamura). I think he had 11 bp but i managed to save 9 of them

Likos won against Tonedawg 6-2 6-2

I chose cannon again, tone chose gray. There were a lot of rallies but whenever i saw a small opportunity i was going for it. Tone was trying to shake me down with his l2 shots but they weren't efficient enough and i was smacking them back with authority :P . Some of his returns disturbed me a little bit but he commited a lot of errors thus giving me so much advantage.

Overall it was a great match, with mostly me hitting some great shots on the run especially.

Nice playing with you guys

:)

I'm i the only one playing exho's today?

Likos gets past Alex 6-3 7-6 (Cannon vs House) Stadio San Alessandro (Clay)

Both of us started having trouble in our serves by reaching deuces and then holding. There were great rallies and risk opportunities from both sides. I managed to break in the 1st set by some lucky points i had and i managed to hold on.

2nd set alex played great and broke me immediately going to 2-0. I was a bit baffled and alex easily hold on to 4-1 and then we both started playing much like as in the 1st set, with tons of rallies and great winners. Then at 4-2 i managed to break after a long deuce. Then we both managed to hold after being pressured in our serves and we took it to tie break. I stole a mini break immediately thus putting pressure to alex. Pressure prevailed and i stole another point and i served it out.

Overall it was a great match with great rallies and that reminded my why sim became the best tour in ITST. Looking forward to play you again alex cheers :)

Likos played brilliantly, did everything right. I couldn't get my game on as he was placing every shot very well, meaning my player was kinda "reaching" for the ball all the time.

I also made a couple of poor decisions, but the way Likos was playing I wouldn't have won anyway, at best I could have snatched the second set.
Nice match anyway!

lets NOT hope this happens in ITST matches

played a fun match against josenylund, lost 3-6 7-6 3-6, i was burns on clay so didnt hold much hope, but i managed to cause him much annoyance by foiling him serving for the match twice in the 2nd and nabbing the set in the tiebreak. im the 3rd more and more of the time the buttons would just not react to the passes due to stamina i think and i was borken, jose served for the match for a 3rd time and while i managed to get 2 break points, my luck had run out.

Played a very fun match against Alex. Lost 7-6 6-4. I dominated at the start holding serve and getting a 0-40 lead on his serve, but he was able to hold on and it went to serve until the tiebreak where he absolutely wiped the floor with me (I have a terrible records in tiebreaks ), in the second he held and opened up a 0-40 lead on my serve, I was able to hold and break him but than he broke me back. And broke me again at 5-4 to win the match.

Very fun match Alex, well played.
