Will anyone go for a new Ljubicic upset?

I stickied the topic by the way so it doesnt drop down when there arent any larger tournaments around.

Interview with Rafa Nadal at Hyatt Hotel, some touches:

"I still admire Tiger, the first thing I think (about the Woods issue) is that society is in a bad way, starting with the sports media, we have to judge Tiger as an athlete."

"His private life is his business and nobody else's. I still admire him because he is an exemplary athlete."

"It's funny because a lot of the people who criticized him now want him to come back because sport in general needs him"

Mallorca-born Nadal returned from a six week injury layoff to reach the Indian Wells semi-finals last week but said he was unsure if he was back to his best level following his knee problems.

"I don't know, I need to keep improving," the six-times grand slam winner said.

"I need to play consecutive matches and play knowing that nothing will happen to me if I push myself to the limit."

"Subconsciously I have more fear now and I don't know if the limit I am setting is the real one, the one from before."

After suffering from physical problems throughout his career, Nadal said he would give anything to be injury free.

"If you think about it, you are not only fighting against your opponent but also against yourself," he said. "And that kills you and affects your mind."

I am kinda taken back by his lack of confidence. :? Not a good thing in competitive sport. He got one thing right, he needs to improve, especially in areas which allow him to shorten the points....then consecutive wins will follow.

..... saying that, I have picked a Nadal VS Fed Final
Level 13 Edberg and counting...

I think back to the Doha final, I mean I know Davy played well but the first set was 6-0 and Nadal lost. There is just a little bit of doubt there at the crucial moments when Nadal is usually at his very best and doesn't give an inch.

Re Nadal:
It's also in a sense a kind of protection mechanism, imo.
"Look I may not be fully fit so when I lose I wasn't at my best and when I do win I did so despite the pain."
Nice and ready built-in excuse.

Many people think Isner is like Karlovic, but in my opinion Isner is much better player, and has a lot more room for improvement, besides his forehand is awesome when he´s on fire, so it´s not a bad pick Cro.

If they want us to be pick before the deadline, can they at least post the updated draw faster?
I don't want to gamble on Qualifier 5 and 6. :?
