The way things are going, the person who wins the ATP Indian Wells Challenge 2010, probably doesn't deserve to win the ATP Indian Wells Challenge 2010. :P

Do they decide to give more points to later-round wins?
I have finally moved past Djarvik the smug. :P

A lot will happen in the last rounds. You get 16 points for a good semi finalist and 32 for a good finalist. If Murray wins it TomBs(Kanari) will probably take it. If Soderling is victorious Coke will shoot up through the rankings.

Rafa wins, 6-4 7-6 against Berdych. He "should" reach the final and meet Murray there.
BTW i don´t remember seeing Nadal´s name as a candidate to get the title at the poll someone posted a week ago, that´s was wOn second thought Andy Roddick is also is a great shape so he can also be there.
I didn´t see Ljubicic match, is he playing that well?

I hadn't realised how high I was, but I had a Fed-Cilic final so I'll probably dive.

Nadal wins 1st set against Ljubicic 6/3, he´s in good shape
BTW he has to play the doubles final, please can someone explain me why he always waste his time playing doubles?, he should rest in my opinion. I mean if you have physical problems like him, i don´t understand why doing that extra damage to his knees.

Ljubicic gets the 2nd 6/4, anyway in my opinion Soderling will beat Roddick and get to the final agaisnt Rafa or against Ljubicic, doesn't matter because if the sweedish plays like he did against Murray he will be just unstoppable

Regarding the ATP World Tour Challenge 2010, I wonder if anyone picked a Ljubicic/Soderling final. Over 17,000 people entered, and I'm betting still betting no.

Wow, Lopez/Nadal beat Nestor/Zimonijc for the double's title.

Pretty frickin embarassing for the latter team.

Its always been a interesting question, whether 'doubles specilaists' are really the best doubles players, or are just too lame to play singles. When they lose to high ranked singles playes i'd have to agree with the latter. I think a fed/nadal doubles team, while not the best volleyers et would probably be ranked in the top 3 by the end of the season if they played all the tournaments.

That being said i think people should play more doubles to help develop thier game, aspecially when younger. look how complete a player mcenroe was. And the WTA, shit there is only a handful of women who even bother to SV when playing doubles now, no wonder they can't volley

I think for the most part, *HONESTY ALERT* doubles specialists are just too lame to play singles. There are teams that are sooooo in-tune that they are most definitely better than any combination of high-ranked singles players (i.e, The Bryan Bros), but they are few and far between. Nestor/Zimonijc play and practice for doubles every single day of their lives....Rafa is doing this for fun

That being said I still think doubles is a totally valid and very fun form of tennis, not trying to disparage it at all, I'm more just really shocked that Lopez and Nadal were able to pull this off against SUCH an experienced team.
