Likos beats TOMO 7-6 7-6

We both held our serves pretty easily the first set with each of us getting 40-15 and sometimes 40-30. I was trying to read Tomo's serve cause is very unpredictable for the tie break. Then the tie break comes and i got the mini break instantly. Then i mixed up my serve really well giving Tomo no chance to rettaliate back.

Second set Tomo started very dynamic by producing some amazing shots which luckily i managed to pull off and somewhere in the middle of the 2nd set, i started being very aggressive thus having 2 break points. Then Tomo came with some Roddick serves to deuce and to close up his service game. Tie break again and we both held till 6-5 i had a match point but he was serving. Then after exchanging 5-10 shots i played very aggressively as Tomo being a big defender and he made an unforced error...game set and match

Before we started the game i was so confident for no particular reason..it was my day you can say. Very good game from Tomo as always and Tomo i got my "revenge" back friend :) :)

I'll just say that we had a "power outage" from Pocho's end at the crucial point of the game.

The match really was horrible quality, from both of us. Just glad its over.

We went from constant drop shots of the power serve, to a disconnect in 3rd set with me leading, to a few short slices at crucial stages :?

Congrats Pocho, you did out lasted me today. Match time was around 2 hours.

Looks like it is up to Tomo now.

If Pocho wins over three sets then there is a tie with you Djarvik and Tomo. The question is who is going through the semifinals? How does the system works?

Then we will look at total games won. Basically, if Pocho wins in 2, I am in and Tomo is out, if in 3, then whoever won more games will get in.

I get it now, i thought that if its a tie in the rankings, then the match between the two who are tied up will count. What i mean is Tomo won over you in two sets and if its a tie between you two , Tomo gets through.

Anyway now you should give some tips to Pocho for Tomo's game (as we know you have strategies/tactics for certain players) to make his win a bit easier! . I hope Pocho wins cause i think he deserves it

I think you have the tips necessary to win him, so go ahead and give him some!

I hope i can help him, but i think Pocho is on fire now and he should use his momentum to beat Tomo as well. A very similar example is Coke, he is on fire for the last month and he show us that he will not settle down soon
