Hi Hosts,

This is by no way intended to be a negative post but more a understanding of why this has happened.

So can someone please tell me why Equitendallas has been "banned from ITST"?

I am sure you have acted upon your judgement and i do not know the reasons but I think it is damn shame it has come to this.

He is a quality player and deserves to be a member of this community. If he is banned then for how long? 1 month? 3 months?

Please do not tell me its for good because that would be a injustice.

Please also show some respect and do not delete this post. I am also posting as I want to be aware of the criteria that leads to a ban, so others, as well as myself know where to draw the line.

He and Gunz Bust n Lust were banned because they were members who were permanently banned (many times) in the past and had been playing in ITST under different names. They were known before as "Legends 2004" and "Legends 2005" - unknown to many of our newer members, but very well known to our older members.

They have a history of cheating and generally causing trouble in the community, and are permanently banned from ITST. Some of their actions sparked an investigation, and a great deal of evidence was uncovered (matching ip addresses was the undeniable link) proving that they were these two former members.

As far as what will get someone banned: As long as you follow the forum rules, do not cheat, and have never been banned before, you have no worries.

i´m really surprised about that -
can you go a little more inside please ?
to clear that up ,i will not critizize you or your decision.i don´t know what happens exactly .
but please i´m interrest for some more facts !
coz alot of members play under different names by itst .

and as long this "legends 200X "NOT PLAYED ACTUELL the TS3 tour .
so where is exactly the problem ?

that is not real a double account to cheat the tour .

As for me speaking at any and every occasion, yes I am vociferous and I am not afraid to speak my mind whether it is Al Jam, Cro, Rob or whoever. If I believe something is not fair, I will voice it.

Yes, that is correct. They were banned before (more than once) and created new tags to play in ITST.

coz alot of members play under different names by itst .

If you know someone is using more than one account, you should let us know. It's not the same as this situation, but playing with 2 or more accounts is clearly cheating and is against the rules.

Well to be honest I was interested to know a bit about it and I felt other players would be interested to know what has happened and how it has ended.

If i want to PM someone I will do, if I don't then I will post on here, and I very rarely get irritate so there is no cause for concern.

All of these argumentative posts which have involved a lot of people (including equits etc) have been going on for so long so I don't think my question or anybody else's is really 'dwelling' to be honest Mack.

If at all the above will give people closure.

I won't lie and say i am a little bit disappointed because me & thee (equits) have always got on great, so whilst i am a bit biased i respect that history & his actions to others has caused this and so be it.

Ok point taken. By the way, I get the feeling that you still feel sort of irrate with me. Seeming that itst is about clearing the air at the moment and making these forums a better place to post, how about we call a truce? I don't want ill feelings from that US Open match to linger around any longer. Time to move on, what you say?

Thanks for that Mack, appreciate it. I was only a little miffed because I enjoyed playing with you (i have at least 6 regular playing partners and you were one of them) and are matches were always fun/even/close/fair.

I will match and better your truce, lets add each other as friends again and start sparing again, especially now the new SIM tour is here (i am hanging up my gloves in 90/40) cos i need players like you to take me through my paces.
