to play risk is the salt in topspin !!!
stopp bashing riskshot as ""no tennis"
its ridicolous to say that risk in topspin is boring .
when topspin is completly without risk.than topspin is very boring

it looks so equietesindallas. i also like the risk button.
(its your 1 time that you agree with me ??   )

the joke is that all (most) risk experts from TS2 in past , where fight daily in past to legitim permanently riskshots in ts2,and where had explained daily why risk is real tennis in ts2.
the guys where played only stacked 6/10 stars players (or 5/10 focus 2 ) in ts2
(by the way top top top player )

exactly this guys hate risk and stacked player now. this guys say now stacked 90 player and risk is no tennis and and and

in my opinion the risk and the stacked player setup in ts3 is much more tennis as in ts2

i play risk forward - as return , as whatever, whenever i think i have to risk.
i decide when i play my risk ,no one else.

I too will gladly take you up on your 'Trigger Happy' offer of playing a match against you where you do risk returns off all services.

i have retired from TS3---i dont even have possession of my xbox anymore....im a little sad....but to be at my best requires a lot of time...which makes it tough on my family and causes too much stress....i had to get rid of the xbox or i would have jeapordized my marriage..i know it sounds crazy, but its the truth if i have an xbox at home---im usually like a magnet and go straight to it....and i will play for hours and hours....my kids need me more these days than my xbox..but, i still enjoy the forums...and everyone here is very nice

I am having the same problem recently. I understand you oh so well. I am "making" myself play less. Probably will start going down hill fast.....I also think I'll be happier if lowered ranked. Less pressure, shorter tournaments.

Good move.

I will try to "make" myself not play. If it doesn't work, I will let me wife do what she threaten to do for some time now, throw this thing out of the window.

I really want to make it work, tone it down and remain sorta active on TS3. So I plan to give it a serious shot.

I'll be still on the forums all day :P still bored sometimes in the office!

a german speaking player . nice

i play my risk not so by special points like 5-5 . i play mostly risk when i have enough time for the right position to play risk.
with that a risk is no all or nothing shoot.
by returning its different , there i play sometimes no risk return -sometimes i play much riskreturn .
my riskreturn its contidioned how my opponent serve and how is his gametactic at generell.
about serve/volley player or player with the 1 shot gameplan , i riskreturn more .
about no risk player and less stat baseline player i play less riskreturns
