The extra content looks good, unfortunately it is 360-exclusive. And although I would like it, I'm not going to buy a 360 for that.

Lol I had the exactly same question last week when I read about this new DLC for GTA IV. After some time searching it on google I found on a blog where the host was teasing those who didn't know what was DLC. DLC means Downloadable Content and usually it's referred to video games but can be apllied to other situations.

It looks good indeed.
Although the replay-value of the whole game is less than GTA:SA. I've finished that game like 5 times or so, but have hardly touched GTA IV since I finished it.
Then the amount of time I spend on GTA IV is far more then most games these days (except games like ts3, also I don't play ts3 often anymore..), so I don't complain about that.
