Riddles and Optical Illusions

For those of you in work bored, instead of wasting your time pointlessly looking at the forums turning your mind to goo lets get a thread open that will challenge you a bit. If you know any good optical illusions type pics or riddles post them here and post the answer underneath in white or something.


What is this?

Riddle:
Brad stared through the dirty soot-smeared window on the 22nd floor of the office tower. Overcome with depression he slid the window open and jumped through it. It was a sheer drop outside the building to the ground. Miraculously after he landed he was completely unhurt. Since there was nothing to cushion his fall or slow his descent, how could he have survived the fall?

Answer:Brad was so sick and tired of window washing, he opened the window and jumped inside.

How can this be?

Three women were transformed into flowers which grew in the field, but one of them was allowed to be in her own home at night. Then once when day was drawing near, and she was forced to go back to her companions in the field and become a flower again, she said to her husband, if you will come this afternoon and gather me, I shall be set free and henceforth stay with you, but if not, and you pick the wrong flower, i shall die. And he did so. Now the question is, how did her husband know her, for the flowers were exactly alike, and without any difference.

It's not that difficult an answer.

I should point out that the original riddle had a little different wording and the name(Adam) was also different. I re-worded it just a bit to avoid the smart-asses that would inevitably google for the answer.
I guess I did a good job because they must have googled but come up with squat.

OK, simple logic says that:
His birthday is December 31. Today is January 1st. So 2 days ago he was 10, now he is 11. He'll be 12 at the end of this year, and the following year will turn 13.

That all makes sense, yeah?
