When I was a kid, they used to sell "plastic horns" at baseball games. Loved them at the time - hate them now. The World Cup is annoying already (cause they're playing soccer, not some other sport) but now, with the vuvuzela's, fugetaboutit.

BRAZIL is playing against northcorea .
hope for a good match - and hopefully northcorea not attack BRAZIL with his atomic nuclear weapon over the right wing to got the win with a illegal tactic
the KIMS love illegal tactics when they start loosing-so be carefully BRAZIL  :)

seriously i hope for a good match with much goals.
come on BRAZIL -do what germany had started...bring the WC to another level !!!

my vote is 3-0 for brazil

BTW:
let us blow the KUDUZELA (original) - VUVUZELA go home lol
you never will see this long horns often in europe stadions!
not coz the loudness (okay also this will count) but firstly coz....

thats way to dangerous. in europe its forbidden to bring in sticks who are longer than 30 centimeter into the stadion!
(thats why i allways got problems to come in a stadions in europe :-))) hahaha)

thats why in big stadions mostly nobody have a big banner anymore(only trusted fans sometimes) coz its no long stick allowed to hold the banner in the wind in europe stadions . hooligans use all as weapon .
this horn don´t passed the entree controls -you can´t hind a 60- 90 centimeter horn not that easy ! no?
seriously its true -
i think we don´t hear this vuvuzela that often in europe stadions

North Korea did what they had to.. hold their defense, they defended pretty good the first half.. but as we know u can't let the ball to the other team the entire 90 min..

The goals from Brazil were great :) .. and with "the goal of honor" by the north koreans, they surpise me.. played pretty decent.. i was waiting for a 3-0 at least..

also gotta say all these ties are really boring.. specially cause i have to wake up at 6am to see the first match.. thats why i just prefer to see the last 2 matches

i've been saying this for a while, brazil is not the same as a few years ago...

yes, they have the best goalkeeper, yes they have the best wing back (maicon), and probably one of the best central defenders (lucio) which today played pretty bad...juan is an average defender, and michel bastos is not good defending, he plays as midfielder in his team...

felipe melo didn't have a good season in juventus, he's nowhere near what he was, gilberto silva is old, kaka had a pretty bad season with real madrid with injuries and bad performances, elano plays in galatasaray (lol i mean he hasn't been a highlight player throughout the season), robinho had to go back to santos cause he wasnt being taken into account, and luis fabiano is a good striker, but not the best...

i'm not saying brazil sucks, but it's not the saem brazil we are used to see..

Brazil has got the oldest team in this WC, too. As Yippie-Caiay said, they are not the same as few years ago. Otherwise, they would have some really young, highly talented Samba-players in their squad.

I'm going to blame mostly the coach. He has suck the fluidity of brasil for consistency and safety.

Article about the vuvuzelas

....."But at least television knows how to filter down the vuvuzelas. Best news I’ve heard in months."

Thank God

What a scrappy goal by Switzerland! They're leading Spain 1 - 0, who would have thought! Fair play to them, they have taken their only chance.

This would be the biggest upset of the tournament so far if the scores stays as is.
