he was a player from hertha BSC BERLIN than he comes to bayern münchen.
the german press sayd :he is the german maradona -the german football hope for the future.
and by the way he was awesome. a great talent. real a amazing footballplayer

but he was mentaly to weak, at end the pressure was to strong and he end his carriere completly.
personally i think this was the best decicion from him .
coz to be healthy must be the number 1 priority in life

BTW: i see nobody had voted for barcelona as CL champion 09/10 till now

It was WM90 indeed. After winning EM88 the dutch squad thought they where big favorites. There where big fights with the coach though before the WM and they where crap in the matches. So they where all very frustrated.

That nobody voted for Barcelona makes sense to me. No team in the history has ever won the CL twice in a row.

That is true

seriously when i see the barca team and their amazing players (messi and co ), and how they play in moment in primera division , i see good chances for barca to win the CL as first team twice in a row.

deep inside me ,i hope with robbery (robben+ribery ) this year a german team win the CL . better known as BAYERN MÜNCHEN

btw:
what you think about louis van gaal as trainer? about his quality as coach?
he is the new dutch coach from B.MÜNCHEN.he is a very short time coach by B.M .so i know him not sooo good
i know him only from his time by barca as coach.
and from his not succesfull time as dutch bondscoach

Before its modern/nowadays form (Before 1993) Real Madrid won it like 4 or 5 times in a raw...(Inter won it 2 in a raw,As Benfica,Ajax,Liverpool,Nothingam Forrest,Bayern,AC Milan,...)

the good old times .
it is really a mysterium why this not happens since the reform .
it shows that in europe the top teams are so good balanced now, that it is hard to win the cl twice.

And that is hard for a "non top team" to win it too!
When a french team,or a German team as Leverkusen,Dortmund,Bremen,or a Portuguese like FC Porto,or a British like Nothigham,...will be able to win it???...
Only "top teams" like Barça,ManU,Liver (:P),AC Milan,...to win it...We know other "middle-class" team have no single luck to win it... :?
That's why i'm glad that Platini has been able to make vote (with success) for "equality in UEFA" and the purpose of it is actually to be sure that a team can't spend money they don't have... :D I'm so glad of this new law which be effective soon!

i agree with you.
hope this comes soon coz is ridicolous that a few big clubs have 100 millions negative depts , but they buy player for millions, with credits from bank like the richest club in the world.
thats not fair about the other middle top clubs where work solide

as example bayern münchen is a very solide club. they work only with the money they have. the only credit ever they use ,was as they create the "allianz arena "

btw: i remember 1 outsider club where win CL - FC PORTO (think 04/05 SEASON)
when i remember right olympic marseille also win CL as non favorit .but here i´m not sure coz it was a long time in past

Man you're very right...Porto/Monaco! :P
And yeah Marseille won it the 1st year of the reform (1993)...But then Marseille got caught for financial problems AND corruption...
Porto had "The Special One" at its head...And At Monaco it Deschamp...There was Morientes (rented for a year),Rothen at the left on was on fire then, and at the right it was Ludo Giuly who was at As Roma and FC Barça after this final (he got hurted in the 1st half, had to go out,and then Monaco got thrashed 3-0)...
Edit : By the way i hope you didn't take bad,or seriously ,the joke on the "gratulation" word... ;) )
Edit2 : At Monaco ther was also Evra,Rafa Marquez,Dado Prso,Squilacci,...!)

Van Gaal is truly one of the best coaches on this earth. What he has done at Ajax and Barcelona is exceptional. His achievements last year with AZ outstanding. AZ had a mediocre squad in my eyes but he made them champions. His performances at the Dutch team shouldnt be taken into consideration. It was the 1998 team but then over the hill and without Bergkamp.

Im not sure he is going to make it at Bayern Munchen though. He is not good at handling "superstars" and the press. Both are more then present at Bayern Munchen.

Im depressed Portugaese football is what it is now

Such a waste of a once great footballing nation. Cant even qualify for the world cup anymore

Still. Liverpool to win against Chelsea in the final. It's the only way liverpool will beat chelsea in this years CL, and everybody knows they WILL get drawn again :(

that i had forget completly. van gaal formed a good team AZ alkmaar to champions.

when i see van gaal he looks arogant like a patriarch .esspecially by the press.
the munich press is hardcore ,so i see that not as disadvandage.

know i know why he have a aversion about stars .it comes from the 88 dutch team (GULLID,VAN BASTEN RIJKAARD )
but that over acting about superstars it can give a problem in munich.
coz as example a player like ribery needs the daily fun in training in matches to bring top level.
and van gaal handle up to ribery like a small boy. as a normal player .
BUT RIBERY IS NO NORMAL PLAYER !!
he must make differencies in handling players.
that is a disadvandage from his stil to lead a team . but i hope he learn to handle that better with the important players.

also his trainingstil is too serious and i hope that this will change a little in future .
hope he can handle the stars by B.M

BTW:
i heard that his daugthers is forbidden to say "you "to him .they must siezen him . i heared forward that this is normal in older traditionell dutch familys .
is that true ?.

AT ALL -YOUR POST GIVE ME HOPE THAT VAN GAAL IS THE RIGHT TRAINER FOR B.MUNICH .
