Who am I?

I received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Princeton University.

While I was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, I was initially rejected by the US military for being underweight.

I appeared in my first motion picture in 1935.

I was nominated for the Academy Award (Best Actor) five times, winning once.

I died in 1997.

Thats true, I just finsihed reading a book called The Ultimate Gift. Its not long and is a great read for living your life to its potential. I can honestly say that I learned a lot from it
