how i can delete the new kinect dashboard

i have 3 xboxes (1 for online and 2 for offlinegaming)

for playing assassins creed brotherhood i had installed the new dashboard on one of my offline xboxes,but now i can´t delete this new dashboard anymore .
to delete the cache don´t work .
any idears how i can delete this new dashboard ??
i need the old dashboard (i hate AP2.5 on the new one)

is there a way to got the old dashboard ??
