"A couple, who had been harassing a whale, was a victim of its attack as can be seen in this amazing photo captured by a witness.

This is a 40-ton whale Southern that rushes into a yacht that was on the coast of Cape Town, South Africa.

According to the Coast Guard, the couple would not have respected the exclusion zone of 300 meters and would not have turned off the engine of the boat when they saw the animal.

But the owner of the yacht Paloma Werner who was with her husband Ralph Motes, say they have turned off the engine."

Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

Well hmmm I don't know if this would have occured had the couple just left the whale at peace......

Damn, no one to sue now. Or perhaps the motor boat company for building a boat that attracts whales.

I read a book a while back. Cant recall the title at the moment but it started with whales attacking ships and ended in the almost annihilation of the human race... :P
