Scam?

Lately ive been getting messages saying "If i send this message to 20 -30 people ( that ive won $100 PSN Card) then ive to check my wallet , ive had it now from 5 people on my PSN list. I havent done it as i dont trust a lot of things , Have others been getting this ? And is it ( as i suspect ) a load of rubbish?
