Yes, do too the many concerns with lags, ITST officials decide to play on the playground courts (only a few times on minor pro courts).
Playground courts should be used in multiplayer mode (for must players may experience further lag on other courts).
Also, you may want to disable the antiliasing in Top Spin's configuration program (the second box).
