Sensation: Thomas Muster mit Wildcard beim ATP-Challenger-Turnier in Braunschweig

Ehemalige Nr. 1 der Welt spielt beim Tennis-Event NORD/LB Open

Sensation im internationalen Tennis: Der ehemalige Weltranglisten-Erste Thomas Muster startet mit einer Wildcard im Hauptfeld des ATP-Tennisturniers NORD/LB Open in Braunschweig (25. Juni bis 4. Juli 2010).

Thomas Muster will be returning on the ATP-tour. The 42-year old has received a wildcard to enter the challenger tournament in Braunschweig later this month.
He said he never quit his career, but was just leaving on 'holiday'. Now he's looking forward to returning on the tour, and is driven by the fun in playing more than by gathering points for the ranking.

On another note rumours are spreading that Stefan Edberg will be returning on the ATP-tour too later this year and that there is a good chance he will receive a wildcard for the US Open.

Can someone explain me better? Ok, he is going to play again but is it on the veteran's tour or is actually on the atp senior tour, I mean, the same tour where Federer and Nadal play? lol

his comeback will mostly be concentrated on the challenger circuit.
There are always a bunch of clay court tourney's going on right thru the year and that's where he'll most probably feel more 'comfortable'
