Who is your selection to take the title this year and why?

With Rafa out, in my opinion the only other danger to Fed would be Murray. Andy does lead their h2h matches, although in a slam over the best of 5 sets I'll always pick Fed over the competition. One loss in over six years on grass makes it hard to look past Federer.

It's almost impossible to see past Federer given his record on grass.

I agree Murray is the biggest threat but there is more likelihood that he will lose before the final than that Federer will.

Watch out for the Soderling - Federer match in R16 potentially, that could be very dangerous IMO.

Yeah that could be a tricky type of match, but considering that Soderling has only ever been able to win one set in the ten matches the two have played, I just can't see him beating Fed. It just seems that Federer over his whole career doesn't really have many problems when facing these aggressive type power hitters.

I don't see an option for "Other". I really think Santoro is making a run for it this year.

Murray or Roddick
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

Santoro will not make it to the final. It it had to be a final he would make it too, I would say it is at Roland Garros. That is all said and done now.

I picked Federer, because he was only denied the trophy once. Now, he has a great chance of winning it again. I just hope that he does not choke right now saying, "I can win my 15th grand slam title easily . . . I got this in the bag." If he thinks like that, I do not think it will be healthy for him. He must not get his guard down.

Federer is the best player on grass, at the moment. So, this is why I chose him.

I don't even need to say who I think's gonna take it. Who else could a sane person vote for? Does anybody in their right mind think that Juan Martin Del Potro or Tommy Haas is going to win Wimbledon? It's all up to big Rog as far as who's going to win...if he goes out early, and Roddick goes out early, I probably won't even care who wins.
