Postby Yippie-Caiay » Sun, 31 May 2009 17:30

(uuffff...so much options...i hope im not missing anyone...tell me if i am..)

My god im still stunned after what happened this morning, but im still managing somehow to make this thread...djokovic eliminated and nadals 5th french open seemed a step ahead, but there is always someone who appears above you, (bad translation from the spanish phrase hehe) thats what my dad told me after djokovic lost yesterday...so the question is, who will win it now?

...and i hope Roger, DO NOT VOTE WHO YOU WANT, BUT WHO YOU THINK ITS GONNA win...

You left Andy Roddick AND Monfils off the list, where's the "other" option?

I expect Federer to deliver now, history is on the line and I believe he will step up to the plate but it will be a nervy affair I'm sure.

No way Fed will beat Murray. But i'm supporting him 100%. PS: Nadal lost??? Isn't that a stupid, bad joke???? Am i having a "pesadilla"???

I think Gonzalez will beat Murray next round, he is still playing way too defensive imo, and that won't be good enough against a fresh Gonzalez.

I don't think Gonzales can beat the Mutant. Let's face it, IT can play aggressively too... But, if IT is forced to a defensive, IT can be beaten, 'cos he finds it hard to get out of it(the defensive). On clay.

On clay though the Gonzalez forehand is still big enough to hit through Murray, plus he has more time to get on it. Saying that though I wouldn't be surprised if Murray wins as he is a great match player, but Gonzo has a good chance.

I've just heard the Eurosport Romanian commentators saying that Gonzales is in extraordinary form. I hope he beats Murray.

I must admit I haven't seen any coverage of Gonzalez but the reports are good.

Federer is the only one which had won a Grand Slam Tournament (13).

Murray, Del Potro and all the others didn´t...

I would like to see Roger takes it, but i think he will be very nervous now. Haas should be possible, but Del Potro and Murray will push him to the limit.

Davydenko has got a great record but wasn't sure of his fitness. To be honest the draw has been blown apart and everyone has a great chance to take this. Looks like an exciting second week in prospect.

If Fed gets to the final, then federer, with no one else having that much experience in slam finals.

I agree with you completely, some of them have played finals, but from the Finals didn't carry some very good memories.
