TSONGA don't stop winning !!!

Postby AMAZING ZIZOU » Sun, 22 Feb 2009 16:19

After a not so good australian open because of (again) a back injury, Tsonga won again this week at the open 13 of Marseille (defeating again Djoko in straights sets in semi and a hotest than ever Lodra in final) .
It's only a 250, but still another victory.
The way he's playing makes me really think he can do something great this year, one or two masters and why not a grand slam or two??

I really like Tsonga, his game and his attitute, however I voted No. I believe he can win a masters title or more yes, but not a Grand Slam, those I think are still reserved for Nadal, Federer and I think Murray has a chance perhaps to win the US Open.

Unfortunately i dont think he can keep that streak going when the big tournaments come around. All the players step up their game too much for him to win.

I think hell go far, maybe even a final, but a win, not this year. :D

Something is still missing from Tsonga's game, I think. Probably more mental than physical as he has the goods.

Also don't think this year, but if he learns to control his being on fire and keeps that as his way of form he might. Cause he can beat anyone I believe.

He's power is amazing! He hits very harder!
I think he can win a Grand Slam this year, he beats Llodra 7-5 7-6 a nice match!

How about Djokovc yesterday? simply amazing i think. Even Djoko said in press conference after : "if i could replay that match, i would not change anything in my game options. Tsonga was just too good for me today"

He has only good chances in the US Open, because at Roland Garros, if there´s nothing surprising Nadal is gonna win again, it´s up to him, if he´s in good conditions nobody can beat him on clay, and on grass, at Wimbledon, you need a bit of experience on that surface, but yes he has chances at the US Open, he´s one of the best on hard court.
Great player and fun to watch.
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

I don't think Nadal will ever lose a match at RG until he is ready to retire. I would love to see him retire undefeated there.

Oh yeah I forgot him, but still he can't beat Federer, I don't know..
But he saw that Djokovic played very badly this day, and I wish he can come up ;)

He beat Djokovic 4 time in a row, but Djokovic won most important match they ever played... (and I'm glad for that :))

I think he will. Not because he will play badly but because he'll be injured. I mean I hope not for him but he won't be able to keep this up. Unless he starts to take more care of his body. You can train your muscles as much as you want but your joints just will say stop at a certain moment.
