i heard that if Federer reaches the final and Nadal loses before SF, he'll be back to number 1, that simple??, he doesn't even need to win either RG or Wimbledon to get the one again??, what a joke no?  , truth is that the guy with more chances is Nole i guess

Berdych has so much power. I don't particularly like watching him but it's crazy how he generates so much power and looks like he's not trying at all. Especially with his backhand

Well, Federer is 2840 points behind Nadal at the moment. Nadal has to defend 2000 points from last year, whereas Federer only has 360 points to defend. If Nadal loses in QF and Federer reaches the final then Nadal's lead in the ranking is cut down to 360 points, but Federer still hasn't been allowed to add his Dubai points (a final worth of 300 points) and Monte Carlo points (a QF worth of 180 points) - would be funny if he reached number one again during the summer break.

Djokovic on the other hand only has to defend the SF (=720 points) and he is 2775 points ahead of Federer - even if Federer wins Wimbledon he needs Djokovic to lose before the SF, too.

For the first time since I don't know how many years there is a good chance that the year-end number one will be determined at the World Tour Finals and everyone from the top 3 has a chance.

what if fed does the.wimby and us open double a 6 time is that going to be enough we know it vunerable indoors i mean murray, nole and fed are better indoor better so i think wimby and us open are key for rafa as nole and fed are superior indoors so if rafa loses both us and wimby titles you could rule him out for end of year no1 at shanghai or paris is suspectable to a daydenko 09 or a melzer 10 or nalbandian 07. But it would be unjust if nole does touch the no 1 ranking considering his efforts this year.

Im interested to see if Federer gets to play all his matches on centre court given Djokovic is seeded ahead of him. It's been a long time since he played on a court other than centre.

I'd be surprised, and disappointed if they put Fed on anything other than centre. He's still a huge draw.

I'll be at wimbledon for the men's semi finals. Got great seats too. :)

He is the favorite according to the betting odds. So I bet most of them should be on center
