Do you think he deserves centre court?, btw Tomic plays sooo easy, effortless
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

I would say I know he is British but the Murray Lopez match on paper is not the pick of the matches, but Nadal is the defending champion and Fish is seeded so I am a bit surprised they didn't get centre.

I only saw 199 :). I would love to see fish win wimbledon. My chances aren't so great though.

I was thinking the same thing. For once the matches weren't decided by who could hold serve, or who would choke.

HAHA and I thought the same thing too! Seriously!

I was watching women's today and actually not completely hating it.

It's weird we all 3 had this experience since I'm pretty sure all 3 of us aren't really fans of the women's game.

/quote] I was watch today at wimbledon the highlight s
show and they didn't give tsonga a chance I'm a ardent Fed fan and I knw Fed is king of grass. but tsonga is playing really well and I'm not silly enough to think this match is going to be a walk in the park and neither will Fed as he rates tsonga highly and enjoys watching him do his thing .

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Federer has 181 winners and 51 aces = 130 winners off the ground. 72 unforced errors.

Tsonga has hit 190 winners and 78 aces = 112 winners off the ground. 92 unforced errors.

So, their winner to unforced error ratios (ignoring aces) are:
Federer 1.8 : 1
Tsonga 1.2 : 1

So... if these stats continue, once a rally gets going Federer will be a huge hurdle for Tsonga. Especially since Tsonga has played a couple of pedigree players who clearly under-performed by their standards.

That said, he's looking good on attack. I suspect it's going to be an interesting match.

The woman in between Mary Joe Fernandes and Brad Gilbert makes me extremely uncomfortable. All she seems to do is comment on the female player's weight problems or lack thereof.

Seriously. Pay attention to how many times she mentions it, it's not normal.
