Gaasquet's backhand is vulnerable if you don't let him swing.

Fed match bore me to death, when you know that your opponent is too weak to mount a solid defense, finish the match quickly. Second set was snoretastic.

Of the top 3, Murray looked the best imo and his opponent was tougher than the others.

WTA fun: Kimoko Date won her first round match 6-2 6-0 against seed Petrova, at 42 years of age. She turned pro before some other players were even born. Serena sprained her ankle but still won 6-0 6-0

Roger needs to play as much as he can, in order to face harder opponents in next rounds.
Davydenko himself is one of them, for instance.

So even if the match is easy, he tries to experiment shots and tactics, especially this year, when he arrived in Australia without playing any match.

Third round has a killer matchup, Venus vs Maria, latter one has now won 4 bagels on a row.

Robson beat Kvitova 11-9 in the 3rd. Hurray! :D

Since Kvitova won Wimbledon she's worse and worse...

btw. Djokovič Štěpánek best AO match so far

Still 8th seed. :P

And yeah - What I saw of that match was awesome. Also, I heard Fed was playing... uh, crap.

She's taken the Ivanovic route. 1 1/2 great seasons, crap afterwards.

Nole was entertaining but Stepanek was also playing his part. If I know that I am going to lose anyway, at least let me have some fun.

Del Potro eliminated by Chardy in 3rd round.
The French won 63 63 67(3) 36 63.

To me, it means just two things:
1. Another easy QF for Murray (2011 Dolgopolov, 2012 Nishikori)
2. A golden opportunity for Seppi to reach QF. Andreas defeated Istomin and Cilic in 5 sets, both times coming back from a 2-1 sets handicap. Let's hope he won't tremble just now.

Tomic choking away the 2nd set tie break, up 5-3, lost 5-7. 3rd set was just routine.

Sloane wins vs Laura and has a rather easy R16.

Yesterday Mats Wilander in Game set and Mats said if someone can beat Djoko, Fed, Murray it is Del Potro... and he is out  I still think Berdych can beat anyone on hard court, if he has good day :!:

Tsonga or Berdych. I don't think Ferrer can rattle the Top 3.

Raonic served hmself through but his return game is still weak.

This is hilarious, Simon got cramps in his leg and is movement impaired and Monfils got cramps in his right hand and only plays forehand slices.

But Federer played great when he was down 1-4 in the tb.

I don't know if you guys have seen the match, wanna talk about the point of 30-40 (5-5 2nd set, Tomic on serve) and the point that gave the break to Roger in the 3rd?
I mean, no words.

Simon-Monfils rallying to death.

Simon's got a knee and elbow injury,Monfils has a permanent brain injury so it's a fair battle.
