Nations Cup 2020

People asked for some kind of nations competition and so it happens. It basically is going to be legacy of Davis Cup but i dont want to call it exactly Davis Cup. Main reason is that Davis Cup format always failed in the past and so i introduced a bit different rules and format. As such calling it Davis Cup would seem weird - hence Nations Cup. Also due to the rather unsuccessful previous itterations of Davis Cup, i decided to make it slightly different and hopefuly more attractive and finishable-friendly.

SETTINGS

- Best of 5
- First player winning 5th game of the set wins (Tiebreak at 4-4 )
- Deciding set is set to Master Tiebreak
- Surface: Clay (excluded Rome/Madrid clay)

How to set the Match Format correctly: 1.) Misc Settings 2.) Advanced Options: ON 3.) Games Per Set: 4, 4.) Tiebreak in Last Set: Master

RULES

- Every nations have to have 2-3 players. Countries with 3 players can take 1 Reserve Player, who can play the match only if announced in advance within the deadline of the match and substituting specific player unavailable. This can be done 2 times in entire tournament.
- If the country team consists of 3 or more players in team, at least 3 different players have to play the match.
- Countries can only use players from Roster that corresponds with the country they represent ( if there is no such player in roster or only 1, then you can pick the closest country that can assure you to have at least 2 players you can play with along with original country, but in this case you can still pick only one country)
- Nations Cup does not proved any points into Rankings.

Best of Three:

-> Losers Bracket - All rounds but Finals

Best of Five:
-> Finals, Grand Finals

Team Players and Roster Characters Rules

Doubles AI to be set to Incredible 5.

For Best of Three Matches:

Team Players
These Nations that consists of 3 players has to deploy all players in their Rubber Matches (example: Player A plays first singles, Player B plays Doubles, Player C plays second Singles)
Nations consisting of 2 players has to make sure both players plays their singles matches and one player plays doubles (example: Player A plays first singles, Player B plays doubles and second singles)

Roster Characters
Nations needs to use at least 2 different characters from roster in their Matches that also meets necessary requirements to use them for that Nation. (Example: Slovakia have to use Klizan and Dolgopolov in their matches, Dolgopolov can be used by Slovakia because it meets one of the rules)


For Best of Five Matches

Team Players
One player can play maximum of 3 rubbers but only 2 singles rubbers . Both doubles rubbers cannot be played by same player.

Roster Characters
Same rules as for Best of Three applies.
