Hey,
i decided to do a little and hopefully interesting statistic about how much are certain chars favoured or how well they fare during the tournaments. This statistic is actually not a new idea but rather restart of what once C4iLL started. I figured it could be interesting to restart tracking points like that once more. Here is the link to the original thread http://www.intertopspintour.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1047&t=16954
Instead of continuing from that year, i decided to start to count performances since 1.19 came out, meaning from September 2018. The main reason is that roster and gameplay has changed quite a lot since then and as such it will hold much more merit to current and recent competition field. I counted all tournaments from main tour (250, 500, 1000, Grandslams and WTF). The other criterium was that i counted only points awarded to Winner, Finalist and Semifinalists. Points were added 1:1 to tournaments points.

Right now, i decided to discern two periods due to some obvious discrepancies. First period is from September 2018 until end of 2019 and the other period is from the start of current season (2020).
It nicely shows how the meta and general feeling about few players shifted and changed. The biggest difference is probably how Thiem did during those 2 periods. in first period, meta was clearly set with Thiem being on top, accumulating absolute majority of points. This was due to 2 facts. First being that Thiem during 1.19 played out extremely well without any apparent weakness on any surface in relation to how the game played out. Second reason was that competition was at that time much thinner than it is now. The main Thiem user basically dominated, with one another player entire tour at that time. While Thiem got huge amount of point in first period, we can see how much less he gained in this season. This shows Thiem is not as attractive as he was before but still attractive enough to make it into the Top 10.
The other biggest difference is Tsitsipas performances/picking. While in first period he accumulated almost 7k points most of it thanks to Isniper who won several M1000 and Grandslam with him. In current season, he ended up on 24th position.
Once there we have more revelant time window, i will eventually merge it into once coherent table.
Will be updatedregularly.
