Since the evidence is clear, and our rules are clear, this constitutes a clear violation. I will be issuing WOs to the players who got affected. I will also PM a warning to him, any future violations will result in suspention of his account.

@L Sanchez MD - I agree he maybe new and doesn't know the rules, but the fact the players are locked-in and you have to basically hard-mod them to edit, says a lot. He basically made a choice: "I want my stats, despite being locked-in, to be 100, so I will edit the ini file". I will give him the benefit of a doubt, as being a new user, but the match he played is declared illegal and will be taken away from him.

What about Goroger? He lost against Vlad yesterday. After this match he send me a phone message : lost 6-2 6-1 , maybe they cheat me ,Not possible that i lost always, you know that i am not so bad.and other message : it is enough, i retire from the tour..
Then i write him: calm down , yes he is a new player but maybe is a strong player of managames , so don't retire and train more.

Here is his message:Perso 62 61!Secondo me questi imbrogliano non è possibile che perdo sempre ora lo hai visto anche tv non sono scarso

After my answer today a wrote him, hey just saw that Vlad won 6-0 6-0 against sanchez, so he is really strong. So don't quit the tour...

I think that he should have a walkover. He did't know how record and i am sure that he doesn't have a replay. But yesterday i think that Vlad played with changed stats

Yes i think we can assume it was the same issue for Goroger-Vlad match in Cali, Robbin is the tournament host there. (though it's always better to record a replay, just set autorecord=1 and you are set, even if you don't want to post it, because it allows to bring such issues to the tourney hosts properly).
