Problem with Profile Option

Hello,
I would like to ask you for a help with my installation...

I used to play this great game for last few weeks but it got broken yesterday, so I uninstalled the game and made a new installation with the ITST but now the option to choose a profile is missing in the game! And there is one icon less in the right column, this way I cannot make the ITST profile and import the players. Can anyone help me please?

The profile option is already missing even after the TE installation, before I install ITST.

In the main menu, select Misc. Options, and then advanced options, activate it, and the profile's icon should appear
