Offline career in itst mod version better? or same?

Hi
this is my last question, im sorry ive been posting lots about this as ive just got the game and the itst mod.
I want to start playing in an offline career, and i have 2 different files
1. normal tennis elbow
2. itst modded tennis elbow

i really prefer the itst one and just wondered if i would miss anything if i played the offline career on this modded version rather than the normal version? anyone have any ideas?

ITST Mod and offline career are not compatible, there will be some problems you will face. For offline career, either use normal Tennis Elbow or play with Sam's Patch, which works in offline career -- but Sam's Patch seems to be not that easy to install.
