How do you open your NAT on PS3?

Hello PS3rs, how do you open your NAT or optimize you internet connection os PS3?

I have a PS3 but one of the reasons i gave up TS3 on it was that i had a crazy amount of lag in it, but im thinking of buying TS4 and i was wandering if anyone could teach me how to open NAT on it or improve my internet cinnection.
