Shouldn't the entry lists for the tournaments be based, like in real life, on the rankings instead of a "first come first served" basis?

I was going to signup for next week's Newport tournament, and I realised that I couldn't, as the draw was already filled - mostly by low ranked and unranked players.

With my ranking I can't signup for challengers or futures. I can't also signup for the ATP because it's filled with players who should be playing in the challengers/futures.... I think it's nonsense.

With the number of players increasing, the most important part of the tournament will be the signup. If you're not quick, you're out of the tournament before it's even started...

I think was a good idea if there was qualy on ATP 250 , 500 and 1000

We are going to implement a Minimum Ranking entree to the pro tournaments starting next week. Look for the announcement on the boards.
