Which serve do you find most effective?

Perhaps you are a player with 90 on serve, or maybe only 60 - vote for your most effective serve and also reply with your preferred Serve (XP) stat for custom player.

I will start....

Currently I have 70 XP on serve, I recently dropped from my previous custom player at 82 XP on serve. I feel that 70 is enough to generate both the power and placement I need.

My most effective serve is the "Flat" serve - however I still use both "Kick" & "Slice" in matches to keep my opponent thinking. The Kick serve was one of my preferred serves in TS3 but in TS4 I feel it is less effective....

I also voted for a flat serve. My serve stat is at 66 and I feel like that's enough for me when coupled with 87 power. I can hit a few aces at that level.

I also like to mix in all three serves. I use a kick serve pretty frequently too to make my flat serve more effective when I hit it. I feel like slice serves are the weakest, as usual, if you are not abusing the outwide slice. I feel like I get the most accuracy with a flat serve, all though a kick serve usually doesn't allow the opponent to hit an incredible return like the flat serve does.

Flat serve.

I've been going through a few created players and noticed that even with 68 for serve and 72 on power, I can hit aces. I haven't gotten the bonus attributes yet for that character and feel that any higher in serve will be in excess, so now I can remake the player and get closer to the type of game I want to play.

A flat serve ace down the tie feels awesome
