I played against rafter earlier and hit like 7-8, its not super easy though.

Just get the timing down correctly like you would with any other character. I'm sure it's not too hard to do with some practice since his serve stat is so high.

There isn't much advice I can give besides practice with the timing until you get it right. Don't be afraid to hit serves out...

I don't think so. I just think I played a lot. But soon everybody will be at that level for sure.
