Bug in Direct match

They game connected me with some guy and then after loading nothing happened. I just see court from 3 different cameras and angles.

Somebody had this already ? Should I wait or not ?

And I can confirm you that your opponent has already taken a loss and quit the game since he is unable to get into the match and forced to disconnect.

got this shit today...waited for about 5 minutes on those angles, then left the game.
neither got a win nor a lose there.

So I am in slam final right now and this **** bug appears once more. Damn it ! If my opponent leave the game sooner then I take a win and I'm gonna be informed about that ?
