XBL Marketplace has TS4 stuff. I doesn't look like anything major:

"Top Spin 4 Polo Shirt" - 80
"Mullet Wig" - 160

You misunderstand. This is not DLC for the game. It is DLC for your Xbox Live Avatar.

They are not going to add 8 more slots for character creation.
