I'm guessing 95% of the shots from the pc will have perfect timing, so you need to have it too.

I'll show you a Picture of my Copy if I am really luck and get my Copy tomorrow anyway. The Gameshop I called really told me that it's possible they get the Shipment of Top Spin 4 at Monday or at least at Tuesday here in Germany and I really believe that.

Many Gameshops have the Games four to five Days ealier but not all sell them so soon they are in store and that's the Point. You just have to find a Shop which is not so strict with the Releasedates. And by the Way are many Shops often more strict with really big Games like Halo or Fable if they got a special strict Order to not sell the Game earlier.

incredible .................... this is soooo cool

sadly i have something to do this afternoon (watching soccer ,bayern münchen -HSV ) , but when i´´m back home at evening i will play it .

YOU HAVE THE FULL VERSION OF THE GAME AND YOU'RE GONNA WATCH FOOTBALL?!?!?!? PRIORITIES, MY MAN!!! PRIORITIES!!!

football is my first priority ......
........ in sport lol

no,honestly it was a hard decision not to go home and start playing TS4 ,but i meet every saturday my friends to watch football ,and this weekend my club had a important match (by the way we won 6-0 )

i had played TS4 now for a few hours, and till now i like it very much.
its much better than TS3 .

the serve looks little to easy for me (had nearly a 100% first serve quote),
the returning is much better to handle than in TS3. (this is good at end of the day )

i like at most that we will see no 151 kg 206 cm monsters .
coz the limit is size 193 cm and weight 94 kg .

i will go now little deeper in the game.

MY OPINION : TS4 is really great

hey all
just came back from my tournament... i lost... 2nd time i tank a final this year. Never heard the phrase "such a shame" this much in half an hour after the match. :?

well back to the game. Yeah of course i hesitated to steal it yesterday night, but i guess i am a good guy... Now i have to wait until tuesday at least (my friend from video game store told me he should get it tuesday).

Now to think of my experience from yesterday playing it i came to the point of asking myself if i really want to make an agressive baseliner afterall.
As i already told you it seems that hold and charge shots are not very efficient during rallies except to end the point. When you use control shots it didnt look like defensive characters were hitting less powerful shots than agressive baseliners. It seems like the difference lies in charged shots. So as the charged shots are only used to finish the point on an easy ball then it doesnt make such a difference to hit a winner at 200km/h or 150km/h... if you know what i mean. Because defensive characters still have enough power on charged shots to finish it as well.
Maybe in the long run, powerful characters like Roddick can provoke more forced errors with their power. This is something that was hard to evaluate because i was playing against cpu.

I really think that the first months of ITST tournaments will be very interesting and very OPEN. Anyone will have his chance. People will have to find their marks and see what works and what doesnt. I cant wait to play you guys! :D

...damn i should have steal the game afterall. I want to play it again! 2nd mistake after the girls. Now i have 2 deep regrets! Who wants to be a nice guy anyway???

I think you nailed it with the basliners. I have mentioned it in another thread. Defensive basliners when not charging and playing top spins - are not defensive at all, rather offensive. Flat shots are nerfed to the point of them being effective very rarely, this is more of a put away into open court shot, you cant go thru people using these.

So therefore, speed and stamina will be the key. High Strokes as well.

Power will still have its place, but it will now be easier to win with speed then power.

SV - I don't know yet, need to play with high ratings on Volley.

All around - if you want to make it hard on yourself - then it is possible to win with this setup. Unlike in TS3, it is now a bit easier ... but still tough.

A Rafa clone with various "attachments" will dominate ITST. :P

I think you Guys are wrong and underestimate the Balance. Djarvik you had the Information first Hand from Francois Giuntini.

I only played with Rafa once but couldn't see that this big Speed is so overpowered that such a Setup would dominate the ITST. To the Contrary I played with Rafa like a Noob and owned the CPU easy as I switched back to Ferderer again.

I'll still believe the Statement from FG and say everything is possible.

I know you Guys already searching for the big Setup but you could get disappointed with the Results and Facts so soon you test your wannabe owerpowered defensive Baseline Creations against Humans.

We'll see.
