Damn, I wish I had a serve that big :(

I had my serve measured at the WTF in november, but I was completely out of practice, and I hit 75mph and considered it decent. It was wierd, cause it was this wee stall thing, and it made you feel really constricted, even though there was plenty space :?

perfect

I use Head Prestige, but the Radical has very good reviews too. I tried Yonex (RDS001) but didn't fit my game well, lost power on my serve and i felt it too stiff for me, now i'm looking forward to demo some Volkls.

btw got new shoes for the season :D Adidas Adizero Rolland Garros

(sorry for quality, took it with the iphone)

NO OFFENSE (i really mean that, not trying to dis you), but your forehand is weird looking!! I'm no pro but wow that is way too complicated a forehand swing. You're obviously a pretty decent player, you just need to work out the hitches in your FH because Futures players will absolutely rush you with their pace and you will not be able to get that FH off.

Wow that is pretty big! I'm an inch taller than you so I should be able to hit 125  But to start you have to go here http://www.itftennis.com/ipin/ to get a pin, and then it's cake from there.

To enter a tourney just go here http://www.itftennis.com/mens/ and look for the futures on the bottom right... or go through the ATP website http://www.atpworldtour.com/Tournaments ... -Tour.aspx

I REALLY wanna play but I need to practice a LOT. And my serve I think maxes out at around 102.5 lol... I aced my partner in the vid a lot, but then again, he wasn't really trying. We played a set and I served bigger than what u saw.

LOL jayl0ve I was looking at the pics I have and I was like "eew... that's awkward looking" so I agree it is weird...

The guys I train with though, they all beam the ball at me and I do have a more compact and accurate swing... it's just when I get a lot of time to load up, that is what comes out lol. But ty for the kudos. I'll work on keeping the racket head up a little more and not looping the take-back.

Yeah that's exactly what I meant, I was just having trouble describing it :)

Don't let it wrap around the back of your body either, of course that will be fixed once you start keeping the racquet head up more.

I watch Tennis Channel all the time and they always have these tips from Nick Bolletieri..one of the ones that really stuck with me and actually helped was he said you should think of the butt of the racquet like a flashlight...you want the flashlight shining on your opponent (i.e straight ahead) as much as possible on the forward swing.

honestly now i'm a bit fed up of playing on clay, and i'm trying to play more on hard courts, and well actually next week i start a league on grass (fake grass of course), i don't think it'll be a problem for me because people are not used to play on fast surfaces so it's hard to find a good server, mainly because we all have grown up playing from the baseline on clay, we don't train the serve too much time, which is not a good thing in my opinion

@jayl0ve: I'll work on that... the flashlight theme is pretty good too. The great thing about winter months is, if ur broke and can't afford indoor time, it leaves lots of time for simulation swings in your living room... (I'm sure I'm not the only one who does that )

@moralspin: I've always wanted to play on grass (or the fake stuff even). in terms of serving, (1) how tall are you?? and (2) it's not good, but u can practice the motions urself... (the living room thing lol)
