Most reviewers are a special kind that I have zero trust in. But in the end I really dont care about the reviews.

this is so annoying! it drives me mad when people give a game a bad review just because they are not into the sport. top spin 4 deserves to be up there with Top spin 1 in my opinion. Its such a shame that motion control has come along in a way because people expect it to be there now especially with a tennis game. I have yet to really see a game implement any type of motion control properly so to mark top spin 4 down because of poor motion implementation is a bit harsh! You dont see that with Call of Duty series!

I want this game to get great reviews not just because it deserves it but it will make the game more popular and a sequel (i.e ) Top spin 5 more likely to happen, and sooner!

The problem this game will have with reviewers who do not understand the game of tennis is the gameplay balance issues it seems like Top Spin 4 has gotten down. If it nails the balance, and there is very little cheese, it will be the first tennis game to ever accomplish this. This work won't appeal to, or be appreciated by, a casual gamer.

I would be prepared for an average score of around 70 by the critics for this very reason, but a popular game for players.

Now I have to say that I have found this too when playing the demo. Every so often, the crowd would just errupt into cheers while my player was still halfway through his stroke.
On the plus side, I guess this won't be an issue when you are playing against a human opponent.

Guys, don't take the review of Now Gamer seriously. Look at this:Final Verdict
It’s still baby steps improvement-wise, which is likely to annoy those who might be expecting more. But we’re football fans, so we’re more forgiving and a bit mental when it comes to these things: FIFA 11 is the best football game on PS3. 9.1/10

WTF? Same conclusion as Top Spin 4 "More of the same" but FIFA receives a 9.1 and Top Spin 4 receives a 6? :S

Reckon this will turn out to be a bug! And could also be the reason why you cannot hit the ball if its going out of play!
