Yeah, just beat Nadal on clay 7-2. Id say its a bit easy then.
Damn, this might be your time to shine.

Its pick up and play for sure. I havent played a Top Spin version in ages but i was having fun instantly. Just serving is tricky for me. Ill need to play a lot more to master that again.
What i found most impressing though was the huge difference between playing with Federer and Nadal. In my matches with Roger i was way more offensive then with Nadal. And it happens automatically. It makes sense somehow.
Minor issue is that the demo is way to easy for me or any other experienced Top Spin player and a tiebreak is a bit short to fully test the new stamina system. So i cant really get a good feel for the depth of the game.
The number of errors is to low at the moment. Perhaps they will increase at a higher difficulty setting or in a player vs player match though? I can see that happening as you would be wrong footed a lot more.

Exactly, that impressed me the most too. When using Fed against my brother there was more variety in my shot selection. I also had to be really aggressive, with the occasional volley, as nadal can make it feel like you're hitting against a brick wall sometimes. With Nadal, it was more about patience, getting every thing back, and waiting to strike at the right time.Minor issue is that the demo is way to easy for me or any other experienced Top Spin player and a tiebreak is a bit short to fully test the new stamina system. You'd definitely get wrong footed against a human. It's so easy at times. When you give your opponent a floater you practically have to guess which way to go, unless you're speed is high like nadal's cause fed definitely couldn't retrieve those on reaction.

You Guys don't have to play on easy by the way. Play with Fed against Nadal on hard and you will have some Problems in some Rallyes.
I mean I have it.
Hawkeye Miihawk wrote:If you mean when someone lobs, you press a button and swing at the air. I think they have. It seems like the volley doesn't even come out once the ball has been lobbed over you. Your character cancels what shot he was going to do and waits for you to press back to run and try to retrieve the ball.
I'll try it out later and let you know for sure.
Just got done playing with my brother. The most fun I've ever had with a tennis game. He's still learning, but non the less after a brief explanation he started getting better. Rallies are definitely more dynamic than TS3. You're going to love this emate, and any other s&ver. S&V seems like it could be really strong. Then again, all styles can definitely work in this.

I second this. I read all of this cool stuff that I cannot do!

I forced him to direct fault (a return in the sky included), i did some nice "perfect" shot (mostly by luck, since i don't really "master" the timing), but hey, how the hell can Ana (even in "goddess" mode) thrash Roger?... I know Ronnie said it was "levelled down" from what it will be but still...
