dude it was a joke.

Honestly, if I have to choose between playing a League of Extraordinary Gentlemen with 6'9 300lbs guys and not being able to create Del Potro, I will choose the later.

I am defending the game to keep the good Karma going :) honeslty. Every game have shortcomings, TS4 is not an exception.

no you cant even make a 6 5 player man, many player dominate because of their height advatage, i really dont see why they thought to change from 69 to 64 , if we dont tell them where thyre going wrong thyll never change it

djarvik you should stop trying to defend top spin all the time man, even when you know yourself they have made a bad decision you defend them......they say you can create any player not on the roster but we cant accurately make alot of them without them looking like a giraffe, i cant get within half a foot of my favourite player which is absolutely ridiculous!

Only Karlovic and Isner are more than 2´00 m (6´56), and i don´t think that is very important if you have to create for example Hanescu or Querrey with 1´95 (6´4) instead of 1´98 (6´5), i don´t see it absolutely ridiculous, there has to be a limit, and if it is 1´95, from my point of view is ok, in TS3 you can´t create lower players of 1´70 (5´58 ) , i couldn´t create my favourite player (O. Rochus) , and was not absolutely ridiculous.

@AVFC_93...but here is the thing, I dont mind the limitation. It basically is the same as our SIM tour limitations and it was a success.

Once again, unless they program into the game that height and weight affect movement and reactions of players on the court, I rather have limitations.

They already have mentioned in the interview that height and weight do not affect the player behavior. What that means is that essentially the taller the player the better. Great for creating players, not so much for a competitive tour where everyone tries to hold on to every advantage.

You not wrong, I juts think it is not as big of a deal. Granted, way bigger deal then WS Legends or Swerve Balls.

all im saying is it is really lazy, they made it as high as 6 9 in ts3 so why CHOOSE to drop it SO much ? rafa and roger fans would moan about them being 5ft 8, and berdych is a top 6 player and i cant even make him! the height should range from smallest in the top 50 to the highest, its not like they had to climb everest to maximise the height, they could even make up for this mistake by doing an update, but they wont, and why?... because they simply cant be arsed

Because of WT 6'9 300lbs player dominance, that made playing online (other then ITST) kinda boring and one dimensional. Everyone was a giant.

I am not saying it is a great move, but it is a good move taking TS3 into account.

does isner dominate in real tennis?, they claim its like playing REAL tennis so lets have the isners and karlovics not good enough to defeat the rafas and djokovics like in real life, either there are so many top players we cant create now

Man, this is a game, not real life. Fun factor and longevity of the game-play is more important then Real Life resemblance.

I am not trying to argue with you, or defend the game. But you have to pick the lesser Evil here, like we did at one point on our tour, so I am cool with that decision with developers. Was it a decision that limits us from creating some Pros - yes. But it also limits the LEG players.

bigger wingspan, reach more balls on return, on the run, less movement needed, better serve angles/trajectory, more reach on volleys, lobs, drop shots.

What the drawbacks? ...in the TS game I mean? name one.

It's too hard to implement super tall players realistically in a game...like Al said their wingspan is too big and they get to balls way too easily. Big guys are moving better now in the pro game than they ever have before, but they're still the slowest guys out there. Not in TS3 though.

I think they could have done it. I mean, look at TS2 - tall player certainly had no advantage there. I doubt making them slower is a problem; the hard part would probably be making it tougher for them to deal with low balls.

In TS2 the court seems wider or something...maybe too much ground for big fatties to cover
