ever hear of Fabrice Santoro??

Yeah I heard of him and saw him on the Court but a two handed forehand is almost unused. I bet it are not even 1% from all Tennisplayers in the World.

Sure I would have nothing against such a animation feature in the Game. I mean why not, but I would't need and use it.

I've nenevr really played anyone like that, although some older guys slice A LOT. i just usually slice back and go to the net and that ends that. on a poor grass court though a slice can be a nightmare, it sometimes literally will not bounce, just skid and die. Over heads are tricky but when i was younger i used to play a lot of badminton as well, so i got used to the smashing motion :) I still like to play badminton sometimes, especially if the weather is poor (which is often). Never took to squash though, think its the idea of hitting a ball against a wall, plus i like to be able to see the opponent opposite haha

When I play real Tennis I play a one handed Forehand and a two handed Backhand. That's how I will create my TS4 Characters. But I didn't play much real Tennis in my Life even if I would be not bad at it. Personally I find a one handed Backhand stylisher and a two handed Forehand weird but I will create my Character like I play in real Life. :)

i play differently according to surfaces, and change my grips and all sorts lol. But i use a 1hbh, being 5'11'' it gives me that bit more reach amongst other things.

I hit a double handed backhand and for some reason I can't even execute something that looks like a one-handed backhand, it doesn't feel natural. But I can hit an okay one-handed backhand slice.
Seems I can't cross that threshold just yet :(

its the opposite for me, a 2 hander feels awkward. for most though a 2 hander is easier.

I hit 2hbh, but I can switch to 1hbh easily. I find that with my 1hbh I get more power, but with 2h I can put the ball wherever I want.

Imagine this...

Player Profile:
Name - Igor Schultz
Plays - Left-handed, 2hfh, 1hbh
Preferred shot - 2h slice forehand crosscourt

I'd hate to play him!

Where's your contact point for most of them? In terms of height ideally? Do you find higher bouncing balls troublesome? You seem like you got hops from ur serve pic...

Any thing above shoulder height i can't get as much power on as i would like. i can usually keep depth but sometimes i just chip a backhand back. i'd say my ideal hitting range is fromjust below the knee to shoulder height (probably the same as most tennis players lol)

Yeah, that's the ideal range for most I think :D

I hit a 2-hander, although I can also hit a 1-hander. Just too used to a 2-hander, although I sure need to improve it. Whenever I try a 1-hander I feel that it would be bad for my arm if I'd implement it in my game. However the skill comes in handy for the half-volleys and shots when I don't have time to position correctly or to get a full back swing.
