Thanks Al!

Not sure I agree with the online ranking structure being improved in TS3. But great writeup and very informative. Should have fried them on there not being 4 console doubles

hi. Imagine if we put attributes on the 20 level only "baseline offensive" I think we will have the same problem as in top spin 3 with players having a big forehand backand and power.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE thoses players ?

I belive that if you go full power then you are going to get tired according to the new stamina changes , against a defensive baseliner that is just going to hit your projectiles back to you .

The problem with TS3 is that player stamina didn't really made a difference , and that aggresive players are probably going to miss more too.

I think so too. IF it's really true what they say about the stamina then this time power won't be the best weapon always.

Do you think surfaces will not be different then? In the interview it is claimed any player can win on any surface (technically true), but realistically a defensive baseliner is going to have more success than a Sv'er on clay... unless the surfaces are very similar

Im sure most of us would like that, but I dont think that is incorporated into the game. I think TS4 will be like in TS3,in TS3 I should never win on clay, but yet my GS came at Roland Garros and my GS final came there as well.

Thanks for the interview, though I am not as enthusiastic as others.

What I do like is the fact that with better return/reflex stats, your opponent will probably out-ace you less. Oh, and of course more stats are always nice.

It doesn't look like there will be any difference between first and second serve though. As usual, once you have enough practice under your belt, you probably won't need the second serve.

The 100 coaches sounds interesting, but I'd rather just allocate the points without having to do those. Well, there's still the hope that there'll be a hack/bug or something to avoid the extra work. ;)

The way things sound, I think I'll be happier with the new " no risk " system in TS4 than what we have now. As long as risk, in whatever form, is truly risky then the playing dynamics should be much more realistic.

Again great article!

Although risk won't be there, shot selection will play a much more crucial role in gameplay... like they said in the interview. So the "risk" factor is still there.
