PS3 connection issues - help 2K resolve these.

I have been asked by 2K stuff to create this thread in an effort to resolve PS3 Connection issues that you are currently experiencing. Please answer the questions below in this thread.

2K is presently trying to resolve this, so your help in this regards will speed up the process and is much appreciated.

State your PSN id and answer this:

- Steps that you take to get to the bug?
- NAT type: 1/2/3? (See http://community.us.playstation.com/thr ... 0&tstart=0)
- Patch Applied?
- Do you have any problems with connecting with other games?

alex-4487 is my psn id my nat type is type 2 and i can play the 2kopen no problem but the world tour i get into game sessions but noneone ever joins and afetr the timer has run out opponents are never found, its been like this since tuesday. the patch is applied but i also deleted the ts4 saved data and reinstalled the patch again but the same problem persists. all other games work perfectly fine!

1. Match Invites, 2K Open and Women's World Tour work, but on the Men's World Tour I only get to an empty lobby and no one ever enters the lobby while I'm there.

1. Problem occurs as soon as I click the play button on any tournament in male World Tour, and also while trying to play a Direct Match. Many people are shown to be waiting, but as soon as I enter the lobby, I am all alone and sad.

What I notice though is, that trying to connect to a lobby where less than 3 people are shown to be waiting sometimes works. Rarely.

Also, female World Tour works just fine. Maybe because fewer people are trying to connect to the same lobby, who knows.

4)Can´t play 2K Open, Men´s World Tour and other online Modes exept for the Women´s World Tour (but this does work only because there are only 2-3 people waiting in the lobbys).
As soon as there are more than 3 People showing as "waiting" in the lobbies you´ll connect to a lobby and no one will join (i´ve tried this for 3 days now!). often shown, that there are 30 or more waitingin the lobbys but there are no people playing.

1) Basically the same thing as Crotatsuya. I also notice that the problem seems to be with individual rounds. So when I finally get through to the next round of a tournament, it usually works fine because there are far fewer people trying to matchmake that round (I presume because most are stuck on the first round unable to get a match). The problem may be too many people trying to matchmake in the same round. Perhaps the searching for a lobby and matchmaking processes are too heavy to properly handle a lot of players at the same time?

3) Patch installed and tried deleting and reinstalling patch after problem started but it still persists.

4) Other games work absolutely fine. Not a single problem with multiplayer online with other games since PSN has been restored. Online exhibition matches in TS4 also work fine. I don't play the female WT so I can't comment on that part.

1. I can play an online exhibition in the morning (UK time) but in the evening I can't. I always receive the message - no longer available. I can't connect to World Tour in either Men or Woman.

1) Same here, in mens WT always alone in the lobby even though 10-20 players are shown to be waiting. Womans WT work fine. Here 1 or 2 are shown to be waiting and im directly connected in their lobby. If I open a lobby in direct match I will stay alone. If I search for a game in direct match, I can find some open lobbies but cant join them. In 1 out of 100 tries it work. Match invitation work fine.

1, I can not play the WT mode because there is no heading, all the time is in the waiting room.

Problems with other games ? No

TS4 noticed bugs : on exhibition match , i can see open games but when i try to join it , the game say : "this game session doesnt exist anymore" or something like that, as if all those games i see were old closed sessions and the server doesnt remove it from the list.

On world tour : whenever i try to join a tournament or direct match session with more than 5/6 players waiting, i get to be alone on my own waiting lobby, and nobody ever joins. If there are like 2 or 3 players waiting it works fine (i play the women tour and since there arent many players on it, it works just fine for tournaments) .

2k Open : dont know i dont play it much.

Invite friend match : Works fine.
