Grade???

What is the grade for in the WT. I won all the tournies. am on grade 4 . Beat players with grade 20 . Does it just stand for the amount of matches you played??? . First time I did all the tournies as the server seems to be fixed now.

Every time you play an online raned game your grade goes up. If you play better and win a lot of points then the grade goes up faster

Is there still the issue where it freezes when it searches for an opponent?

Well haven't had the freeze anymore. Sp that's good. But the level compared to ITST is really lower.

But I won all the tournaments. So I guess with quickmatches it won't go up much right???

I have played a few WT games over the last couple of days with no freezing at all.

The match making is a bit off though. I took my lvl 17 player in to WT and was in a lobby with 2 lvl 20's and a lvl18. Because the game is supposed to match you with a player of similar ability I was fully expecting to be matched with the lvl 18 guy..............guess what? I got one of the lvl 20 players???

True. I sometimes get level 4 or 5 although there are 3 lvl 20 guys...

Ok there is a freeze now. But it's a big improvement from what it was.

The system determines the matchup by grade, not by level.

If you lose your grade does go down FYI. it doesnt always go up if you play.

The grade goes up or down only for quick matches, not for tournament matches. I don't see why it wouldn't do it for tournament matches as well, but that's the way it is.

And in my opinion that's the better ranking of skill than WT points. It's still not as good as ITST, but it's more like the TS1 and TS2 ranking system, which I prefer.

oh i didnt realize it only goes up in tournaments. For some reason i didnt think your grade came into play for tourneys. So if you just keep playing tourneys you will get that grade 15 for the acheivement i guess.

the grade doesn't change in tourneys. The only way you can increase your grade at the moment is through direct matches in the WT.

Tournaments do nothing for your grade as it stands right now.

Yes, like I said, it ONLY changes for quick matches, NOT for tournaments.
