I did not receive my Vintage Agassi :(

I pre-orderd TS4 from Gamestop ofcourse, I did receive a code, I put it in the PSN Store "redeem Codes" section, and I went on TS4.
After going to exhibition online mode where you have to select a playable character (a pro or created character), I couldnt find Vintage agassi!
I did see the other 25 characters+my own character!
There should be no problems with region as well, because the code did work on my USA account, I did download the character.
I'm a little bit pissed

Like the pos above yours, he is the third outfit of Agassi. There is no seperate Agassi but rather just a third outfit.

It's a shame they hid that information to make the Pre-Order bonus look better. It just confuses and frustrates customers.

Actually the pre-order thing was a deal with Gamestop (American), so we did have our hand in this actually.

Honestly though, I think robbing people who didn't pre-order out of content is the true evil of pre-order bonuses. If I made a game I would want everyone to get the same amount and quality of content, I think that's the difference between making something you care about and trying to make a buck.


Sometimes both can happen, the developer wants the best game, but the publishing company is trying to make a buck and rushes it.
