Full Ace Tennis

Postby kschoice » Mon, 01 Mar 2010 17:41

Hello

I, on the other hand, am one of the people behind Full Ace

Just wanted to encourage you guys to try the latest demo as the game has improved a lot lately. I have recently begun reviewing shot animations and I think you will see that ground topspin shots look way better than before. I will be doing the same for all shots eventually but it's gonna take some time.

As it's been said in this thread, we did experience delays but now the game is ready to be released as it is (we are and will still be working on improving it though). All we need for release now is the online shop working (and the ball is in the bank's court about that now  ).

Hope you'll enjoy.

We have decided not to include online play in the first release as the game already suffered enough delays  . More than that, good online multiplayer in a tennis game is a serious matter and we didn't want to put in a botchy online mode, just for the sake of it.
However, online play is our number one priority after the first release.

Sometimes problems may arise from the lack of an updated openGL driver.
Could you e-mail the crash details, as specified in the crash message ?

If you can do a decent online mode and then BE THERE for updates, you will have a winner. I am really not interested in ANY tennis game that doesn't have online mode. No matter how good it is....

Really looking forward man!

Very important, be there for patches after release. That will make it really work. We can help.

True for many players but it has to be good. If it lags all the time it's no use. Anyway, 1 or 2 months is probably around the time we need to provide it

So, kschoice. I am willing to give this game another try. Where is the download to it again? Is it easier to download this time? Hehe. Also, I the movement to hit the ball is fixed now right?

Thanks man. :tu

Do I need a code still for something like unlocking the full version of the demo? I cannot recall what that silly code was used for. LOL.
