Mystical Lion - identity revealed! No, not equits ;)

Hi All,

I was wondering who this "mystical lion" chap was, because he appeared, mystically, and plays some top flight topspin. Takes down coolhand WS, takes down zizou MS & give me a good innings in the french SIM too!

I am 95% sure, or perhaps 96% :wink:

that this guy is Shiverstone, formerly known as Geissbock 79. So now, Mystical Lion, formerly know as Shiverstone, formerly known as Geissbock 79 :lol:

I popped onto the world tour for a quick practice and clicked on his character and his created player "The outsider" was one that Geissbock 79 used to use against me.

Nowt wrong with it though, because he is not playing under two identities on the tour....A decent player, especially in the women's from memory

It was never a secret. Geissbock changed his name on ITST to Mystical Lion. You could have checked one of the tournaments Geissbock participated in: http://www.intertopspintour.net/content ... l-2126.htm

Just click on Geissbock. I know this name change created some confusion. Might be a good idea to have a thread on the forum where we announce name changes to prevent this in the future,

lol yeah this was no secret..you could tell by the womens' rankings once geissbock was removed and replaced by mystical that it was the same person

ah right, well never look at women's rankings in detail, so wouldn't have known from that, plus a couple of people said "who is mystical lion" so as I stumbled across it thought it would be an interesting reveal!!

Yeah that was a tough loss for me too. He surprised me. I don't know how I lost this match but i did. I know it was geissbock but still, geissbock wasn't soo good. :shock:

I remember acing him 48 times in 4sets. Returns were not the most impressive to me. His powerfull ground stroke and great defence stuned me.

in recent months there was confusion, because i was playing under a different name! (itst = geissbock - current gamertag shiverstone)
now i go back to geissbock with new name (mystical lion) and changed my name on itst too!
thats all! :wink:

that has nothing to do with "secret" :roll:
