Lost to Apathetically in a one set practice 7-6, he was Grey I was Bashmakov I had around 5 match points and I served for the match at 5-4 but still lost. :stupd! But on the match points he upped his game a bit hit better serve and went for his shots, the tiebreak was very long I think he won it 11-9 or 12-10 around that scoreline it was a very tense tiebreak.

i played apathetically and won 7-6 6-7 6-2 he had 7 aces i had 28. he pretty much held serve comfortably and so did i but i was putting a bit more pressure on his serve. he got alot of shots with a low speed stat. he went for shots on his backhand. In the third set i broke immediately then i broke again.

Well my return from the "offseason" didnt go so well. Played tonedawg and lost 6-4 6-3, him as bashkamov(sp?) and me as bucci. Was overpowered and felt I couldnt do much. I double faulted alot and tone had no problem breaking me.

Then had a game with djarvik, me as bucci again and dj as Rogers. I played much better in this match than vs tone, but it wasnt enough. Lost 7-6 6-4. The timing on my serve is back to normal, but my rt+lt risk shots were all over the place. We had some really nice points though, felt like a real tennis simulator. :tu

This season will be real good, quality players everywhere.

Thanks Alex! I have a personal goal when I play: "make it fun for the opponent, win or lose". My goal is to "amaze" you and make you feel the match is an intense tennis match and not a PS3 game. Looks like you are in for the same thing. That's is great, can't wait for our next match!

Honestly, you play very similar to me....you like to mix, you don't afraid to take off pace off the ball and you go for your shots. Very creative player you are.

Played Fedfan for a 1.5 sets. He makes his Lorenz look like a genius. Fedfan, Lorenz is totally you man! ....when you start stringing it.....it hurts. If you can gain just a bit more consistency on your L2....you will be a nightmare!

I am still getting used to Rogers....but looks like this is the one for me.

Thankyou Djarvik, I am def settled with Lorenz but your right I just lack some consistency but practice makes perfect. Really enjoyed our match, power did not even come into it, just a mental battle out there. Hopefully we can play more before Australia.

Yea, in our match i sorta went overboard on the " go for your shots", i was just not managing to hit those risks in, but against players such as you no one can afford to lay back.

I think rogers is a good set up for you.
Also tried Rogers myself , not for me . im back to using (new) house. feels "right"; as opposed to anorexic looking Bucci.

Yea playing earlier with house made my decision up, I'm stickin with the doc. The now solid volley stat helps me a bunch.

You gonna try Rogers ? Seems your style, though serve is really low.

Yeah, I think Coke likes to have a bigger serve....a weapon. Rogers would be great for him...but with serve...then it wouldn't be balanced thou.

Coke you can try Gray. If you can cope with 53 stamina and 68 speed...he has a lot of weapons. Lots of ways to hurt the opponent. That 90 return along with 75 power makes him and Nakamura the strongest returners in the roster.

But I am guessing you like your speed? ...so you might just want to stick with Thompson
